What if travelling between sites of grace was also a berserk reference. It’s mentioned that Griffith can use the world tree to travel to any part of the world through its branches. Since sites of grace is directly connected to the erdtree, we can also travel to any part of the map🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Thank you for making a video that deepens my appreciation for something I already enjoy. I was a pretty late adopter of the Dark Souls franchise, so it's nice to have this quantified, informative telling of the major points of the non-in-game events surrounding Dark Souls 2. I'll never stop typing if I start talking about my preferences or what I wish other people appreciated about Dark Souls 2, but the bottom line is I *do* enjoy the game and knowing more about things I enjoy makes me happy, so thank you.

This game had such a difficulty task in hands, and, in every single way, it suceeded. The initial intent was to have a new perspective in the series, which it did. A lot of mechanics are stil exclusive to ds2, and some made their way even to elden ring. I can, for instance, say that the bonfire aesthetic is an item which is absent in the other games, as well as a good ng+. People talk a lot of shit about this game without really diving into the technical issues it has, and how praised the developers should be for tanking on such a huge task. Again, a better world would be on where we would have the perfect sequel, or no sequel at all. But without it, we would not have Elden Ring, their most successful game, that had a lot of inspiration in Dark Souls 2. The stonesword keys working exactly like the Pharos lockstones, the powerstance (which in ds2 is better, btw, since you can use two weapons of different categories at the same time), the twinblades, diferrent rings created there (which became some talismans in elden ring), etc. This is my favourite out of the dark souls series, and this video made me love it even more.

Watched all of no all of it dark souls 1,2,3 bloodborne, shadow dies twice, and Elden ring. As some one who has played all of them and some multiple times. All of these documentations are perfect a masterpiece making me think it has the “Miyazaki touch”❤️‍🔥🫡😌🎧

these are different authors. Miyazaki is humble and always relies on the team, sharing responsibilities in game development, while Uede is the author of his own projects, he creates himself, and the team works exclusively for him
